Healthy Hustle w/ Morgan

Experience a unique and challenging workout that utilizes all aspects of fitness to create a well-rounded program based on mobility, flexibility, and functional movements.

Boot Camp

The goal is to have every individual leave feeling successful about what they accomplished and prepared to prioritize their Essential Habits outside of our facility.

Kickboxing

Work multiple muscle groups while elevating your heartrate and improve speed, agility, and quickness. Kickboxing is a martial art inspired fitness class that is both heart-pumping and exhilarating. Using punches and kicks from disciplines such as karate, Muay Thai, and traditional boxing, the class will give you a total body workout. Enjoy a session that utilizes multiple muscle groups to elevate the heart rate and train speed, agility, and quickness.
