Service Description

Come join an upbeat, unique class that combines traditional step with dance and functional fitness to provide a full-body cardio workout to really tone your body & mind! Utilizing high energy music and playlists that include a wide variety of genres, movements like burpees, leg lifts, and dumbbell exercises are combined to create a choreographed class. Our instructors coach you through the workout, playing part of the song to show the main movements and ensure participants know what to expect. We then restart the song and rock it out, incorporating your personality into the moves to make the session your own!
